Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at bdc33 come with specific terms. Claiming a bonus without reading those terms first can lead to disappointment later. We recommend reviewing the relevant conditions before accepting any bonus.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed alongside the bonus itself. Wagering means the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been bet a specified number of times.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Self-Exclusion: Any member can take a temporary break (7 days, 1 month, 6 months) or permanently exclude themselves from the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your gaming activity for 1 to 6 weeks. Deposits will be blocked for the entire duration.
• Reality Check: Pop-ups appear at set intervals to inform you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

Account Closure & Disciplinary Action

Bdc33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account for any of the reasons listed below. These measures are in place to protect all honest members on the platform.

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Use of cheats, scripts, bots, or any automated software.
• Suspicious financial activity or attempts at money laundering.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is completed. Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bdc33 website and app — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is either owned by or licensed to bdc33. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Bdc33 is committed to delivering the best experience for its members; however, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

• Issues arising from internet disruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Loss or disruption to the betting experience caused by issues with the member's own device or network.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or force majeure events.

However, if a member suffers financial loss due to a technical fault on bdc33's own end, the matter will be resolved through investigation. Complaints of this nature submitted to the support team will receive an initial response within 48 hours.

Changes to Terms & Communication

Bdc33 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email and an on-platform notice. Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
